Warm greetings! We are the owners of Al Zahra, Oman's most luxurious rental yacht sailing from Al Mouj, Muscat.
We are seeking a highly experienced, presentable and active candidate who will be responsible for
1. Setting and applying the Marketing & Sales Plans for promoting the yacht trips. This includes conducting personal sales visits to high-profile potential clients and corporations to promote the yacht rental.
2. Managing the quality of operations on the yacht, making sure the crew prepare the yacht to the highest standard before trips and provide a professional service during trips.
3. Sometimes joining guests on sea trips (mostly day-trips) providing customer relations and being a hospitable host to them.
Candidate must have:
1. Excellent command of at least Arabic and English.
2. Good experience in the hospitality/tourism industry.
3. Good sales experience.
4. A pleasant, charismatic personality.
5. The ability to lead a team and encourage them.
Need someone already in Oman.
