Responsible for developing and testing the Ul requirements within the tribe/squad. UX Expert Information Architecture :
Responsible for developing ux/cx for the Gov.sa and improving it constantly. QA Automation :
work as the primary QA resource at the squad/tribe. Will write test cases in conjunction with the business analyst and execute. S/he will build the test automation framework for Gov.sa Business Analysts:
Are responsible for understanding the services and business requirements with the portal and the services. BA should create a bridge between business, agencies and Gov.sa program members.
2nd line support:
Will be receiving Amer tickets and analyzed it. Troubleshoot the tickets regarding services with government agencies. Search Engine Optimization Specialist:
Track, report, and analyze website analytics & PPC initiative & campaigns.
Manage Campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization recommendation.
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Recommended changes to website architecture , content , linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keyword.
