LNG, petrochemical or heavy industnal projects. n• Strong multidisciplinary coordination expenence covering engineering, procurement, construclfon and commissioning interfaces. n• Demonstrated ability to challenge contractor plans. identify delivery risks and drive timely corrective acbons. n• Good understanding of HSE, QAQC, construction planning, progress measurement and mechanical complebon pnnciples. n• Strong communication skills. with the ability to report clearly, escalate factually and coordinate stakeholders without direct line authonty. n• Site-based mindset. hands-u003 Cu003 En follow-up and strong discipline tn action tracking and closure. n nJob Descr1 ot1 on I Cl'Y UulldmQ De!Jvec t. 1 anagotn? n nn n nThe Building Dehvery Manager is the Client focal point responsible for safe, timely and quality delivery of assigned project buildings and associated facilities. from engineering and procurement through oonslruction, pre­ comm1 ssioning, commissioning support and handover. nThe role provides dehvery assurance, supervision and dose follow-up of contractors, coordinates multidisciplinary interfaces, identifies blockers early, and dnves clear corrective actions Wllh owners and due dates to protect schedule, HSE, quality and handover readiness. n n n n n• Reports to the Plant Package Manager. n• Acts as the single Client focal point for assigned buildings and associated delivery interfaces. n• Has no direct reports and works through coordination, influence and delivery assurance across the Client team, main contractor, subcontractors and relevant disciplines. n• Maintains close coordination with contractors' teams on delivery prionbes, schedule, progress, quality. safety, engineenng, procurement, conslrucbon and commissioning readiness. n n n n n n• Site-based role with daily interface with construction, engineering. procurement. planning. HSE. OAJQC. commissioning and operations representatives. n• Covers end-to-end delivery of assigned buildings. including engineering maturity, procurement readiness, construction progress, quality control, HSE performance, pre-commissioning and commissioning readiness. n• Lead weekly multidisciplinary meetings and ensure decisions, actions, owners and due dates are recorded and followed untJI closure. n• Escalates delivery nsks, blockers and deviations through factual repor!Jng and recommended management acbons.
