Position: Senior Sales ExecutivenLocation: Muscat, Sultanate of OmannCompany: Rustmont LLCnnJob SummarynnRustmont LLC is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as premium Sri Lankan FMCG products including tea, spices, cooking oil, desiccated coconut, and other food products. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across retail, wholesale, and HORECA channels. nnKey Responsibilitiesnn- Identify and develop new business opportunities within supermarkets, hypermarkets, wholesalers, groceries, minimarkets, and HORECA customers. n- Promote and sell fresh produce and Sri Lankan FMCG products. n- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. n- Achieve monthly sales, collection, and distribution targets. n- Conduct regular market visits to generate new business and monitor competitor activities. n- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales effectively. n- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. n- Monitor stock movement, product availability, and customer demand. n- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records. n- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally. nnRequirementsnn- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field. n- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, food distribution, or fresh produce. n- Valid Oman driving licence. n- Good knowledge of the Oman retail, wholesale, and HORECA markets. n- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. n- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. n- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. nnPreferred Qualificationsnn- Experience in selling fresh fruits and vegetables, tea, spices, edible oils, desiccated coconut, and other food products. n- Existing customer network within supermarkets, wholesalers, and HORECA businesses in Oman. n- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage. nnWhat We Offernn- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. n- Career growth and development opportunities. n- A supportive and professional working environment. n- Opportunity to represent high-quality Sri Lankan food products in Oman.
