Principal AccountabilitiesnProject Leadership and Deliveryn Provide overall project leadership and direction, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of polymernflooding and EOR projects from concept through commissioning and handover. n Develop and own the Project Execution Plan (PEP), including scope definition, contracting strategy,nschedule baseline, cost baseline, and risk management framework. n Establish and maintain the project organisation structure, mobilise resources, and lead the projectnmanagement team comprising engineering, construction, commissioning, quality, HSE, and controlsnfunctions. n Chair project review meetings, steer decision-making, and escalate critical issues to the Operations Directornand Client as required. nClient and Stakeholder Managementn Serve as the primary client interface, maintaining strong relationships with Company representatives, JVnpartners, and regulatory authorities. n Ensure full contract compliance with C3100000691 and applicable Technical Information; manage clientnexpectations and negotiate variations, change orders, and claims. n Represent Polymer Experts Oman at project kick-off, milestone reviews, HAZOPHAZID sessions, andnhandover ceremonies. n Coordinate with TPIA, vendor representatives, and third-party certification bodies to ensure inspection andnquality requirements are met. nSchedule, Cost, and Performance Controln Own the integrated project schedule (Level 1–4) and cost baseline; approve baseline revisions throughnformal change control. n Monitor critical path, near-critical activities, and schedule risk; drive recovery actions for slippage. n Oversee progress measurement, VOWD tracking, and cash flow forecasting; approve monthly progressnreports and KPI dashboards. n Manage project contingency and risk allowances; authorise expenditures within delegated authority. nContract and Change Managementn Lead contract execution across EPC and multi-package contracts, ensuring contractor performance meetsnschedule, quality, and HSE obligations. n Assess and approve variations, Technical Queries (TQs), and scope changes; evaluate schedule and costnimpact with the Project Controls Engineer. n Manage dispute resolution and claims mitigation; escalate contractual disputes to the Operations Directornand Legal as required. nQuality and HSE Leadershipn Champion the Flawless Project Delivery (FPD) philosophy; ensure zero defects at handover. n Approve the Contract Quality Plan (QMP) and quality procedures; monitor NCR close-out, weld repair rates,nand preservation index performance. n Drive behavioural safety and HSE performance; ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and Company HSEnstandards. n Lead incident investigation and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. nCommissioning, Handover and Operationsn Oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning activities; ensure system readiness and performancentesting meets contract requirements. n Approve handover dossiers, certification packages, and as-built documentation. n Manage punch list close-out and ensure smooth transition to operation. n Manage KPI reporting requirements, maintenance requirements and ongoing client relationshipsnthroughout the Operate phasen Ensure Lessons Learned are disseminated back to other projects in the portfolionGeneraln Ensure document control and traceability of project baselines, revisions, approvals, and handover records. n Lead project close-out reporting, lessons learned capture, and final cost schedule reconciliation. n Mentor and develop project team members; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continualnimprovement. n Challenge and improve project management working practices and procedures across the portfolio.
