Requirements & Qualifications

• Collaborate with Corporate Communications Marketing and Branding (CCM&B) on the development and execution of packaging designs، artwork requirements، seasonal promotional menus، photoshoots، advice on special events menus and other F&B initiatives

• Recommend corrective actions and ensure compliance with operational requirements، safety protocols، and regulatory guidelines while maintaining concept integrity and brand quality

• Have familiarity with regulatory requirements، safety standards، and operational constraints within catering and inflight environments

• Exhibit strong creative and visual storytelling capabilities، analytical thinking، stakeholder management، and communication skills

As a F&B Concept Design Specialist، you will develop and deliver onboard food and beverage experiences، through concept creation، aesthetic direction، storytelling، and strong brand alignment

The role translates creative ideas into scalable، operationally feasible solutions، ensuring consistency across cabins and the global catering network

Working cross-functionally، the Specialist enhances the guest journey by creating cohesive، visually compelling experiences that drive differentiation، strengthen brand positioning، and support a seamlessly integrated onboard culinary program

In this role you will: Create and deliver innovative، guest-centric food and beverage concepts، with a strong focus on beverage innovation، that align with brand identity and positioning

Leverage market insights، emerging global trends، cultural influences، and seasonal availability to continuously refresh offerings and enhance onboard relevance and uniqueness

Support end-to-end menu development and onboard activations by ensuring cohesive integration between culinary، beverage، and brand initiatives

Collaborate cross-functionally to align concepts with commercial objectives، guest profiles، and operational feasibility

Establish and uphold detailed presentation standards across all food and beverage touchpoints، including plating aesthetics، beverage styling، packaging design، and service rituals

Ensure a visually compelling and consistently elevated guest experience that aligns with premium brand expectations

Develop clear and comprehensive creative briefs، brand guidelines، and visual standards

Effectively communicate these to internal stakeholders، suppliers، and external partners to ensure consistent execution، strong brand storytelling، and alignment across all deliverables

Review and approve F&B related marketing materials to ensure alignment with approved product concepts and onboard offerings، while maintaining consistency and accuracy of the F&B product details across all communications

Conduct structured product tastings، sample reviews، and quality audits to assess food and various beverage categories against defined standards

Support the rollout of new concepts across onboard operations، addressing challenges and ensuring smooth execution

Monitor performance through feedback، customer insights، and operational data، identifying opportunities for refinement، innovation، and continuous enhancement، aligned with brand standards

Qualification To be considered for the role، you must meet the below

Hold a completed Degree or Honours qualification (12+3 or equivalent) in Hospitality Management، Culinary Arts، Food Design، Product Design، Food Science، Experience Design، or a related discipline

Bring a minimum of 5 years' experience in In-Flight Service، In-Flight Catering، food and beverage، hospitality product development، or experience design

Hold a Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 qualification or above، which is strongly preferred

Demonstrate experience in mixology، which is highly preferred

Possess a strong understanding of end-to-end food and beverage operations، including service models، quality standards، supplier management، and product development lifecycles

Demonstrate knowledge of global culinary and beverage trends، food styling techniques، experiential design principles، and premium hospitality standards

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail with a focus on presentation standards، quality control، and continuous improvement of the guest experience
