Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily retail and project sales.

• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.

• Record sales، customer payments، advances، expenses، and receipts in Odoo.

• Maintain accurate customer and supplier ledgers.

• Record and monitor stock receipts، sales، and transfers.

• Maintain project-wise records of contract value، payments، material used، and costs.

• Verify cash، stock، and supporting documents.

• Follow company-approved prices، discounts، VAT، and credit policies.

• Submit daily/monthly sales، cash، collection، stock، and project reports to Head Office.

• Report any cash، stock، or accounting discrepancies immediately
