Female Rental Operations & Sales Executive – Muscat Elite Auto Rent a Car is hiring a full-time Rental Operations and Sales Executive in Muscat

Available Positions

• إعداد العقود والتحقق من الهوية والرخصة والمدفوعات والتأمين

Key Responsibilities

• Valid Oman driving licence is a must

• Must speak both Arabic and English

• Good knowledge of Muscat roads and the airport

• Professional، honest، organized and customer-friendly

• Experience in car rental، hospitality، tourism، sales or customer service is preferred

• Flexible for scheduled airport deliveries، including occasional evenings and weekends

• Deliver and collect rental cars from the airport، hotels and customer locations

• Answer calls، WhatsApp messages and customer inquiries

• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

• Prepare rental agreements and verify identification، licences، payments and deposits

• Inspect and photograph vehicles during delivery and collection

• Visit hotels، travel agencies and companies to develop business

• Find vehicle owners and rental companies interested in adding cars to our fleet

• Coordinate vehicle availability، cleaning and maintenance

• Follow up with customers، vendors and partners

• Company vehicle and fuel are provided for official duties

• معرفة جيدة بشوارع مسقط والمطار

• حسن المظهر والأمانة والتنظيم والقدرة على التعامل مع العملاء

• تُفضّل الخبرة في تأجير السيارات أو الفنادق أو السياحة أو المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء

• الاستعداد لتسليم السيارات في المطار حسب الحجوزات، بما في ذلك بعض الفترات المسائية وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع المهام

• تسليم واستلام السيارات من المطار والفنادق ومواقع العملاء

• الرد على المكالمات ورسائل واتساب والاستفسارات

• تحويل الاستفسارات إلى حجوزات مؤكدة

• فحص وتصوير السيارات عند التسليم والاستلام

• زيارة الفنادق وشركات السياحة والشركات لجلب عملاء جدد

• التواصل مع أصحاب السيارات وشركات التأجير لإضافة سيارات إلى الأسطول

• تنظيم توفر السيارات والتنظيف والصيانة

• متابعة العملاء والموردين والشركاء

• تقديم تقرير يومي عن الأعمال المنجزة الراتب: من 300 إلى 350 ريال عُماني شهرياً حسب الخبرة، بالإضافة إلى حوافز على الأداء

Requirements & Qualifications

Benefits & Conditions

• Submit an end-of-day activity report Salary: 300–350 OMR per month، depending on experience، plus performance incentives
