Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients، consultants، contractors، and developers

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

• Prepare quotations، proposals، and technical presentations

• Understand project

• Follow up on projects from initial inquiry through completion

• Achieve sales targets and maintain strong client relationships

• Engineering degree/diploma or relevant technical qualification

• Previous experience in sales، construction، interiors، building materials، or related fields

• Technical understanding of construction/interior products

• Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage

• Supervise and coordinate site activities and installation works

• Ensure work is completed according to drawings، specifications، and project

• Coordinate with contractors، engineers، suppliers، and site teams

• Monitor quality، progress، materials، and workmanship

• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues

• Prepare site reports and provide regular project updates

• Proven experience in construction، interior fit-out، or related projects

• Strong knowledge of site supervision and project coordination

• Ability to read drawings and technical documents

• Bahrain experience is an advantage

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good leadership، communication، and problem-solving skills
