Requirements & Qualifications

• & Key Skills Experience: 3–5 years of experience in system administration and virtualization environments، preferably within the banking or Fintech sector

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of virtualization platforms، Linux and Windows Server operating systems، and backup tools

Position Information Job Description Job Purpose The IT & VM System Administrator will be responsible for managing and developing the virtual environment (VMware / Hyper-V) and the IT department's server infrastructure، ensuring the stability، security، and business continuity of operating systems in accordance with high financial security standards.

Key

Virtualization Management: Build، manage، monitor، and update virtual machines (VMs)، and efficiently allocate CPU، RAM، and storage resources

Storage & Virtual Networking: Connect servers to storage systems (SAN/NAS) and manage virtual networks (vSwitches/vLANs) to ensure environment separation and data security

Backup & Recovery: Implement periodic server backup plans using tools such as Veeam and conduct Disaster Recovery testing

Patch Management & Security Maintenance: Apply critical and periodic updates to operating systems (Linux / Windows Server) and virtualization platforms to address security vulnerabilities

Performance & Capacity Management: Continuously monitor server performance indicators and anticipate future resource

to prevent service interruptions

Identity & Access Management (IAM): Manage employee and system accounts through Active Directory or LDAP while applying the principle of least privilege

Internal IT Environment Support: Provide technical support for IT servers and devices and resolve technical issues related to operating systems.

Professional Certifications: Certifications such as VCP (VMware Certified Professional)، MCSA/MCSE، or Red Hat (RHCSA) are preferred
