Requirements & Qualifications

• Adhere to TYF policies، humanitarian principles and donor requirements

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills، Kobo/ODK is an asset

Cover climate-smart agriculture، post-harvest practices، value addition، and fodder production and preservation

Organize and deliver an orientation workshop for extension facilitators on training content، session delivery and the extension plan

Review field session delivery، attendance records and supporting documents

Follow up productive household progress and document changes against baseline data

Assess market opportunities by geographic area and support product–market linkages

Follow up livestock livelihood groups، their training and funded projects

Coordinate field activities with local authorities، community groups and relevant project departments

Document implementation challenges، lessons learned and corrective actions

Internal and External Coordination Coordinate with the Project Officer، MEAL and relevant internal departments

Liaise with local authorities، extension facilitators، community groups and market actors

General

Maintain confidentiality، integrity and timely communication

Comply with safeguarding and safety and security procedures

Job

Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or Agriculture

At least 3 years of relevant experience in agricultural extension and field implementation

Agricultural extension planning، field training and supervision

Market assessment، producer-group support and reporting

Fluency in Arabic and good working knowledge of English
