• Go to customer sites to complete mechanical equipment installation and commissioning، ensuring equipment meets standards and is put into production، Plan and carry out regular equipment inspections to reduce the probability of operational failures، Troubleshoot، identify root causes، and perform repairs quickly to restore normal equipment operation، Maintain equipment repair logs، issue after-sales service reports، summarize fault details، and report to supervisors and relevant departments، Courteously conduct equipment operation، basic maintenance training، and hands-on demonstrations for customers، Regularly inspect and maintain common tools and maintenance equipment to ensure tools are in good condition and strictly observe operational safety standards، Complete other after-sales related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Tunisian nationality، university degree، no major restriction، aged 25–35، Good communication skills، courteous manner، able to explain technical content clearly، with a customer service mindset، Willing to work within Tunisia and proactive

• Able to drive، with a valid driver’s license، Basic English communication skills، Chinese speakers preferred.
