DCA is a registered international NGO in Sudan with a Country Office in Port Sudan. We are looking for an experienced

EORE، NTS، VA Coordinator، will be responsible for ensuring that protection principles، safe programming، and Do‑No‑Harm approaches are integrated/ and or mainstreamed across all DCA interventions in Sudan

The role provides technical support، conducts field monitoring، strengthens partner capacity، and contributes to protection assessments، analysis، and reporting، with a specific focus on Group Cash Transfers (GCT)

The role involves identifying protection risks، supporting community-based protection structures، and ensuring that GCT reaches the most vulnerable and responsive to community priorities. without doing harm.

The EORE، NTS، VA Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Head of programme (HoP)/ and HQ Mine Action advisor.

This position will be based in Port Sudan/ with possibility to go back to Khartoum and with field travels to the areas of operation.

Technical Leadership

Provide overall technical oversight of DCA�s HMA programming in Sudan، with focus on EORE، NTS، and Victim Assistance.

Ensure all activities are implemented in accordance with International Mine Action Standards (IMAS)، national standards، and DCA policies and procedures.

Develop and strengthen technical methodologies، tools، and approaches for EORE، NTS، and VA programming.

Conduct technical monitoring visits to project locations to assess programme quality and compliance.

Provide technical guidance to programme staff and partners to ensure effective implementation.

2 Partner Support and Capacity Strengthening

Work ly with DCA�s implementing partners to plan، implement، and monitor EORE، NTS، and VA activities.

Provide technical mentoring and capacity strengthening to partners where required.

Review partner work plans، technical documents، and implementation methodologies.

Identify operational challenges and provide recommendations to improve programme delivery.

3 Programme Monitoring and Quality Assurance

Review and validate partner reports to ensure accuracy and quality.

Ensure data collected through programme activities is reliable and properly documented.

Support the implementation of monitoring، evaluation، and learning processes.
