In this role you will: Maintain accurate physical and system inventory through stock counts، reconciliation of discrepancies and effective control of stock movements

Coordinate the picking، packing، transfer and distribution of stock to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment across departments and locations

Validate employee uniform

and entitlements، coordinate issuance and replacements، and ensure accurate recording of all related inventory transactions. Validate departmental stock

Monitor stock levels، consumption، stock cover and demand to maintain optimum availability while minimising excess inventory and identifying potential shortages

Receive and verify stock against purchase orders and approved specifications، escalating quantity، quality or specification discrepancies as required

Qualification To be considered for the role، you must meet the below

Have completed 12 years of schooling or equivalent

Have 3+ years of experience in non-aircraft procurement

You will have an edge if you have: Have experience in inventory management، including inventory control procedures، maintaining product stock، data entry، and record keeping

Have experience in a general distribution or customer service environment، such as a call centre، service counter، complaint management، or personal advisory environment

Have inventory management experience within the garment، apparel، or textile industry

Have experience using Oracle enterprise resource planning systems
