Plan and supervise quality control of WASH/Shelter construction or rehabilitation works across the different modalities (e.g.، through contractors، cash-based، beneficiary-driven) Ensure quality of WASH/Shelter construction or rehabilitation works through conducting regular field visits and providing guidance to field teams Produce and contextualize technical tools to support implementation of the programme by the team (field supervision checklists، report templates، data collection tools، etc.) Support the tracking of assistance provided for project management، logistics and finances reconciliation، accountability، and M&E (beneficiary counting) Ensure weekly quality check of evidence/sources of verification (collected by assistants from the field) Ensure the inclusion of Safe and Inclusive Programme (SIP) considerations، particularly to guarantee accessibility and the safety of beneficiaries Initiate purchase requisition and follow up the procurement process goods، materials and services for WASH/Shelter activities (including the elaboration of tender documents، technical designs، BoQs and the technical evaluation of bids)

Define in-kind / cash-based modalities based on market assessments Support the incremental integration of NRC Minimum Environmental

University degree in Civil Engineering، Architecture، Urban Planning، or a related engineering field Minimum 3 years of professional experience in WASH/Shelter interventions design/implementations

At least two years' experience in humanitarian or recovery contexts
