• Minimum Qualification، Skills and Experience Required

• Demonstrated experience in first aid practice، including patient stabilization skills (pre-hospital stabilization and basic emergency care)

• Skills: coordination، facilitation، leadership، organizational management، communication and good in English and Arabic languages

The role ensures effective implementation of programs، training، and emergency response activities and ensure first aid and prehospital care quality in line with SRCS stander operation and strategies

Coordinate prehospital care and first aid activities at branch/department level، ensuring effective implementation and alignment with organizational priorities

Support the implementation of first aid training programs for volunteers، staff، and community members، ensuring broad coverage and engagement

Ensure quality assurance and standardization of all training activities in line with updated SRCS guidelines، protocols، and international best practices

Monitor field activities and provide technical support to emergency response operations، including ensuring proper preparedness، deployment procedures، and maintenance of a database for first responders and instructors

Strengthen referral systems and ambulance coordination mechanisms to improve efficiency، timeliness، and continuity of care

Contributes to the development، revision، and dissemination of SOPs، guidelines، and training materials، ensuring coordination across relevant stakeholders

Support emergency preparedness and response activities in alignment with the Incident Command System (ICS)، including coordination during mass casualty incidents and preparation of multi-agency response reports and collaboration frameworks

Core Competencies Strong coordination and operational leadership in complex crisis environments

Proven ability to manage large، multi-disciplinary teams

Sound knowledge of humanitarian standards، Protection، and Movement architecture

High integrity and strong commitment to neutrality and humanitarian principles

Working Relationships Internal: Prehospital care and first aid FP HQ، Health department at branch and HQ، Branch director، prehospital and first aid staff and volunteers

and Experience Education: A bachelor�s degree or an accredited diploma in a relevant field from a recognized institution

Experience: Minimum 2 years of field leadership experience in the humanitarian sector، including experience in emergency team management and emergency response operations
