Al Samawi Perfumes is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service.

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances and products.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper visual merchandising standards.

• Keep the store clean، organized، and presentable at all times.

• Assist in receiving، arranging، and pricing merchandise.

• Promote ongoing offers، loyalty programs، and new product launches.

• Handle customer inquiries، feedback، and complaints professionally.

• Support marketing activities، in-store events، and promotional campaigns.

• Maintain daily sales records and submit reports as required.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales، preferably in perfumes، cosmetics، fashion، or luxury products.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Well-groomed and professional appearance.

• Ability to work flexible shifts، weekends، and public holidays.

Requirements & Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail sales، excellent communication skills، and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
