WE ARE HIRING MEP SPECIALIZED ENGINEERS

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate MEP installation works at construction sites.

• Review and interpret engineering drawings، technical specifications، and approved shop drawings.

• Coordinate HVAC، electrical، plumbing، drainage، firefighting، and other building services.

• Coordinate with civil and structural teams، consultants، subcontractors، and suppliers.

• Prepare and review material submittals، technical documents، BOQs، and method statements.

• Coordinate testing، commissioning، inspections، and project handover documentation.

• Identify technical issues and resolve site coordination clashes to minimize delays and rework.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering، Electrical Engineering، or a relevant discipline.

• Proven experience in MEP works for building construction and/or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems، construction practices، and technical specifications.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and coordinate multidisciplinary works.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD، knowledge of Revit MEP and BIM coordination is an advantage.

• Experience with BOQs، material approvals، inspection procedures، testing، and commissioning.

• Previous experience in Oman or the GCC is an advantage.

• Must currently be residing in Oman.

• Must hold a valid Omani residency permit.

• Must hold a valid Omani driving licence.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ensure MEP works comply with project specifications، applicable codes، and authority requirements.

• Monitor project progress، manpower productivity، material requirements، and work schedules.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and compliance with HSE requirements.

• Strong communication، problem-solving، planning، and reporting skills.

• Knowledge of relevant international standards and Oman-specific regulations and authority requirements.
