HIRING – SENIOR CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN / GENERAL FOREMAN Location: Al Buraimi، Oman Company: Al Mersal Al Mutakamilah We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Construction Foreman / General Foreman for renovation، maintenance، construction and finishing works

Key Responsibilities

• Block work and masonry

• Plastering

• Screed and floor leveling

• Concrete works

• Waterproofing

• Tile works

• Demolition and renovation

• Building maintenance and finishing works

• Reading drawings and understanding construction details

• Checking dimensions، levels and alignment

• Calculating daily material

• Organizing workers and work sequence

• Identifying poor workmanship and correcting problems before work continues

• Monitoring worker productivity and quality The candidate should be able to independently manage the daily execution of a small construction/renovation site according to approved drawings and instructions

Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidates will undergo an interview and practical skills assessment before final selection
