Senior Technician

Job Overview:nnWe are seeking an experienced and reliable Senior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, ensuring all tasks are completed to high standards of quality and safety. The Senior Technician will also supervise junior technicians, offering guidance and maintaining compliance with company standards and workshop protocols. nnKey Responsibilities:nn1. tDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in various vehicle models. n2. tPerform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire services, and AC service. n3. tCarry out major engine and transmission repairs, including coding and reprogramming. n4. tSupervise and mentor junior technicians, providing training and support. n5. tEnsure all repairs and maintenance tasks comply with company standards and safety regulations. n6. tMaintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and job time tracking. n7. tCommunicate effectively with customers, explaining repairs and making recommendations. n8. tMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment. nnQualifications:nn•tMinimum 4 years of experience in a multi-brand workshop, preferably within the GCC. n•tCertification from a recognized automotive training institute. n•tStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. n•tKnowledge of various automotive systems and components. n•tHigh school diploma or equivalent (additional technical training is a plus)
