Quantity Surveyor – Fitout & Construction

• Lead the commercial management of fit-out and construction projects from feasibility to final account, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. n- Prepare and monitor cost plans, budgets, and cash flows; provide regular cost reports. n- Prepare BOQ and take-offs from drawings; ensure accuracy and consistency with specs. n- Manage tendering, procurement, bid evaluation, and contract administration (FIDICJCT or project form). n- Value work, issue interim valuations, manage payments, and handle variationschange orders. n- Negotiate final accounts and close-out; resolve claims with clients and contractors. n- Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance; control quality and costs. n- Maintain organized cost-control documentation and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
