- Dans le cadre du développement des activités de notre client basé à Kénitra، nous recrutons un Superviseur RH. Missions
Key
Superviser et coordonner les activités RH sur les différents sites.
Encadrer les équipes et assurer le suivi de leur performance.
Veiller au respect des procédures RH et de la législation du travail.
Gérer l'administration du personnel et les relations avec le client.
Participer au recrutement، à l'intégration et au suivi des collaborateurs. Profil
Formation : Bac+2 à Bac+3 en Gestion des Ressources Humaines، Gestion ou équivalent.
Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire، idéalement en intérim ou gestion de personnel.
Bonne maîtrise du droit du travail marocain.
Excellentes compétences en management، organisation et communication.
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel، Word، PowerPoint).
Mobilité obligatoire sur Kénitra. Disponibilité : Immédiate Merci d'envoyer vos candidatures via ce site
