Requirements & Qualifications
- Salary: AED 4، 000 – 5، 000/month، depending on experience and qualifications
- مطلوب مهندس مدني أو معماري للعمل في شركة مقاولات مكان العمل: الشارقة او دبي تعلن شركة مقاولات عن حاجتها إلى مهندس مدني أو معماري للانضمام إلى فريق العمل، وفقًا للشروط التالية: خبرة من سنتين إلى 5 سنوات في مجال المقاولات والإنشاءات
- خبرة عملية في أعمال الخرسانات والتشطيبات، ويفضل الخبرة في مشاريع الفلل
- خبرة في إدارة المواقع والإشراف على أعمال التنفيذ
- خبرة ممتازة في حصر وحساب الكميات وإعداد جداول الكميات BOQ
- خبرة في دراسة وتحليل المناقصات وتسعير الأعمال
- يفضل وجود خبرة في تصنيف واعتماد شركات المقاولات في الإمارات
- رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية – شرط أساسي
- خبرة مشاريع الفلل
- خبرة الخرسانات والتشطيبات
- خبرة إدارة المواقع
- خبرة حصر الكميات والـBOQ
- خبرة المناقصات والتسعير
- حالة رخصة القيادة الإماراتية
2–5 years of experience in construction and contracting
Practical experience in RCC، concrete works and finishing works، preferably in villa projects
Strong experience in site management، supervision، execution and project coordination
Good knowledge of design and construction execution
Excellent ability to read and understand structural، architectural and detailed execution drawings / shop drawings
Strong knowledge of quantity take-off، BOQ preparation and cost estimation
Experience in tender study، analysis and pricing
Ability to coordinate with subcontractors، suppliers and site workers
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
Knowledge of contractor classification procedures in the UAE is an advantage
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
Must be willing to work on-site and manage construction activities directly
