Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily retail and project sales.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Record sales، customer payments، advances، expenses، and receipts in Odoo.
- Maintain accurate customer and supplier ledgers.
- Record and monitor stock receipts، sales، and transfers.
- Maintain project-wise records of contract value، payments، material used، and costs.
- Verify cash، stock، and supporting documents.
- Follow company-approved prices، discounts، VAT، and credit policies.
- Submit daily/monthly sales، cash، collection، stock، and project reports to Head Office.
- Report any cash، stock، or accounting discrepancies immediately
