- Nous recrutons des Téléconseillères en Assurance. ? Poste : Téléconseillère en Assurance ? Lieu : Rabat ? Salaire : 7 000 DH net/mois ? Missions principales : Contacter les prospects et clients par téléphone، Identifier leurs besoins en matière d’assurance، Présenter et conseiller sur les offres adaptées، Réaliser les objectifs commerciaux fixés، Assurer le suivi des prospects et des clients، Garantir une excellente qualité de service. ? Profil recherché : Expérience dans le secteur de l’assurance ou en centre d’appel souhaitée، Très bonne maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit، Excellente aisance téléphonique et relationnelle، Sens de l’écoute، argumentation et persuasion، Dynamique، motivée et orientée résultats، Esprit commercial et goût du challenge.
