Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et du système interne
Bonne communication، écoute et sens du service client
Organisé، rigoureux et réactif
Traiter les réclamations sur le système interne
Vérifier les informations relatives aux colis et aux livraisons
Assurer le suivi des réclamations jusqu’à leur résolution
Mettre à jour les informations sur le système
