Key Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative and coordination tasks within the company
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
The ideal candidate must be an Omani national with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate sector.

Handle all government-related documentation and approvals
Liaise with ministries، municipalities، and other government authorities
Process visas، labor cards، and company licenses
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
Manage official documentation and maintain records
Omani National (Mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate
Strong knowledge of government procedures and regulations
