- Logistics & International Correspondence: Communicate with overseas pharmaceutical and medical manufacturers، evaluate shipping quotes، track logistics operations، and liaise with customs brokers، warehouses، and transport teams until goods safely arrive.
- Customs & Regulatory Fees: Coordinate import and clearance fees with official authorities، oversee customs procedures، and handle internal financial advance settlements.
- Supplier Relations & Negotiations: Communicate with international suppliers to secure commercial agencies and distributorships، negotiate prices for new product lines، and draft comprehensive import plans.
- Inventory Control & Market Research: Monitor stock levels to execute timely re-orders، conduct local market research for new medical/pharmaceutical items، and align marketing
- Local Operations: Organize required transit permits for company branches and facilitate smooth internal distribution logistics.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in logistics، international trade affairs، and handling governmental clearances and regulatory procedures How to Apply
