Coordinate boarding activities، flight documentation، and post-flight reconciliation to support safe and on-time departures
Provide guidance to team members and oversee operational areas to maintain service excellence and efficiency
Liaise with service providers، including Chauffeur Drive and Ground Handling Agents، to ensure seamless passenger support and baggage handling
Manage passenger issues relating to baggage، visas، excess baggage، delays، disruptions، and denied boarding، ensuring effective communication and resolution
Prepare and complete operational reports، statistics، and flight documentation while maintaining accurate records
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and promptly report any operational incidents or equipment damage
Act as deputy to the Check-in Supervisor when required، including conducting flight briefings and allocating resources
Provide support at the Ticket Desk during staffing shortages and carry out credit card verification and travel document checks
Qualification Secondary education or equivalent qualification
Experience in airport passenger services operations
Working knowledge of Departure Control Systems (DCS)
Completion of professional training in Passenger Services and Ground Operations
Knowledge of Reservations and Ticketing would be an advantage
Fluent in spoken and written English and Danish
