- الإشراف على إعداد الفواتير والتأكد من دقتها مع مراعاة التشريعات والإجراءات المنشورة
- إعداد الفواتير بما يتوافق مع اللوائح الضريبية
- إعداد مدفوعات الموردين وإنشاء أوامر الدفع
- . القدرة على إدارة فريق من وكلاء الفوترة.
- . إتقان تقنيات إعداد الفواتير والتحصيل
عدم وجود أخطاء في فواتير العملاء.
مراقبة المسائل المعلقة وغير المدفوعة والمتنازع عليها للعملاء.
الإشراف على تصنيف فواتير الموردين وأوامر الدفع الخاصة بهم بالإضافة إلى مذكرات الدفع الموقعة من قبل وكلاء التحصيل
التحكم في الأصول وإجراءات إنشائها
الملف الشخصي المطلوب
· الترخيص / الماجستير في المالية
الخبرة المطلوبة
الحد الأدنى 5 سنوات في منصب مماثل
· الدقة والمنهجية والمهارات التحليلية
· مهارات الكتابة والتواصل الشفهي
· الاستقلالية وروح الفريق
