- كجزء لتعزيز قسمنا الإداري والمالي، نقوم بتعيين موظف إدارة مالية يتسم بالصرامة والتنظيم ويتمتع بشعور ممتاز بالسرية.
- تقديم التقارير إلى رئيس الدائرة الإدارية والمالية وبالتعاون مع الدائرة الإدارية والمالية، ستكون مهامك الرئيسية هي: التحقق من مطابقة المستندات الداعمة، معالجة مدفوعات الموردين والتأكد من حفظ الملفات، دمج العمليات على ODOO (فواتير الموردين، والمدفوعات، وما إلى ذلك)، ضمان التجديد نصف السنوي للملفات القانونية للموردين، تحديث متابعة الشيكات والأصناف المتداولة بالإرسال اليومي
- تطوير وتحديث مواقف الموردين من خلال التقارير الأسبوعية، إعداد العناصر اللازمة للمواقف ربع السنوية بالتنسيق مع CAF، تحديد الإقرار الربع سنوي بمواعيد السداد، التأكد من الالتزام بالإجراءات المحاسبية والإدارية
