As part of Emirates Airline’s continued growth، we are seeking experienced aviation professionals to join our Flight Training department in non-flying، ground-based roles as Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE)

This position is responsible for conducting pilot proficiency evaluations using Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs) and overseeing ground-based assessments in accordance with GCAA regulations and Emirates’ standards

Conduct regulatory and company-mandated proficiency checks، skill tests، and assessments using Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs)، in line with GCAA regulations and Emirates' training standards

Evaluate pilot performance during recurrent، type rating، recency، and upgrade training sessions، ensuring consistency and objectivity in line with established benchmarks

Complete and submit accurate and detailed examination reports and assessments using the electronic reporting system within prescribed timelines

Identify performance gaps and recommend remedial or additional training as required to uphold safety and competency standards

Provide detailed feedback to training management regarding pilot performance trends، systemic issues، or potential improvements in instructional methodology and training effectiveness

Support training program development، course reviews، and other departmental initiatives related to simulator and ground-based pilot evaluation
