تعلن شركة Arsh Services عن حاجتها إلى فورمان / مشرف موقع (Foreman) للعمل بدوام دائم في قطر.
الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية في موقع البناء وتوجيه العمال والمقاولين الفرعيين.
ضمان تنفيذ الأعمال طبقاً للمخططات الفنية والجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة.
توزيع العمالة والمواد والمعدات بكفاءة وتقديم تقارير الإنجاز اليومية لمدير المشروع.
عقد اجتماعات السلامة اليومية (Toolbox talks) وتطبيق معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
الشروط
دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشاءات أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية والمخططات التنفيذية.
مهارات قيادية وإدارية وقدرة على حل المشكلات والعمل تحت الضغط.
المزايا والرواتب
توفير السكن والمواصلات وتأمين صحي (حسب السياسة).
إجازة سنوية وفقاً لقانون العمل وعقد عمل دائم.
