- إعداد التقارير وتدريب الفريق وتطوير إجراءات العمل لحفظ السرية وتقليل الأخطاء.
- بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في إدارة الأعمال، المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدخال البيانات والفواتير والإدارة، منها خبرة في الإشراف.
تعلن شركة JANA INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO عن حاجتها إلى مشرف فريق إدخال البيانات والفواتير – يتحدث العربية (Data Entry / Invoice Team Supervisor) للعمل في المنطقة الصناعية الجديدة، قطر.
الإشراف على فريق إدخال البيانات ومُعالجة الفواتير وتوزيع المهام اليومية عليهم.
التأكد من أدخال الفواتير وإشعارات التسليم بدقة في النظام ومراجعتها ومطابقتها.
التنسيق مع إدارات المبيعات والمستودعات والحسابات وحل أي اختلافات في البيانات.
الشروط
إتقان استخدام برامج Microsoft Office (خاصة Excel) والتعامل مع أنظمة ERP.
معرفة ممتازة بإجراءات الفواتير وإدارة المستندات، وتفضل الخبرة في الشركات التجارية أو السلع الاستهلاكية (FMCG).
