المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشمل المهام متابعة الجودة وسلامة الغذاء، تطبيق إجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية، متابعة النظافة داخل خطوط الإنتاج، إعداد السجلات والتقارير، ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- يشترط وجود مؤهل مناسب وخبرة في مجال الجودة أو سلامة الغذاء أو الصحة والسلامة المهنية، ويفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المصانع الغذائية
