- مطلوب موظف/ة مبيعات – Telesales Agent تعلن شركة اتقان عن حاجتها لتوظيف موظف/ة مبيعات (Telesales) للانضمام إلى فريق المبيعات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- متابعة العملاء وتحويل الاستفسارات إلى تسجيلات فعلية
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة سابقة في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل المبيعات عبر الهاتف أو أونلاين
المزايا وتفاصيل العمل
- إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر نظام العمل: راتب ثابت + عمولات وحوافز على المبيعات، مع فرصة للتطور ضمن فريق العمل
التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين ومتابعة الاستفسارات
تقديم وشرح البرامج والدورات التعليمية
تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية
تحديث بيانات العملاء ومتابعتهم عبر نظام CRM.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والإقناع والتفاوض
القدرة على المتابعة وإغلاق المبيعات
