- كجزء من تطويرها، تقوم شركة مقرها في طنجة بتعيين مضيفة استقبال من أجل تعزيز فريقها
- إدارة المكالمات الواردة وتحويلها إلى الأقسام المناسبة
- التأكد من إدارة المواعيد واستقبال المرشحين
- التأكد من صيانة منطقة الاستقبال بشكل جيد.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- تنفيذ المهام الإدارية المختلفة لدعم الإدارات المختلفة
- من المرغوب فيه وجود خبرة سابقة في منصب مماثل
- أجر مغري يعتمد على الملف الشخصي والخبرة. مكان العمل: طنجة.

الراتب: سيتم مناقشته
المهام: ضمان الاستقبال الجسدي والهاتفي للزوار والعملاء والشركاء
توجيه الزوار والاستجابة لطلباتهم بشكل احترافي
استلام وتسجيل وتوزيع البريد والطرود
الملف الشخصي المطلوب: Bac+2 كحد أدنى في الإدارة أو الإدارة أو مجال مشابه
عرض ممتاز والشعور بالترحيب
إجادة اللغة الفرنسية الشفوية والمكتوبة (اللغة الإنجليزية هي أحد الأصول)
