Join Bunge، a leading global agribusiness and food company، as a Trading Manager Grains and Oilseeds – Moroccobased inCasablanca

You will be at the heart of coordinating trading activities between our global trading teams and customers in Morocco، contributing to the continued development and growth of our grains and oilseeds business in the country.

The role

In this position، you will manage the trading and marketing of grains and oilseeds in Morocco

You will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with millers، feed producers، and distributors، while ensuring efficient execution and profitability of trades from origin to final destination.

The Moroccan market is well-established and competitive، with strong local players and structured import flows

Your role will be to further strengthen Bunge’s position by combining local market knowledge with access to global supply and trading capabilities.

You will work ly with global trading desks as well as internal teams including Execution، Freight، Finance، and Contract Administration to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

We also welcome applications from experienced grains and oilseeds professionals currently based abroad who are considering a return to Morocco

Candidates with strong commercial، trading، origination، procurement، or market experience in the Moroccan grains and oilseeds sector are encouraged to apply

What your manager Ilias wants you to know about this position

You will report directly to me as Senior Manager North & West Africa، based in Geneva

In this role، you will take over and further develop Bunge’s grains and oilseeds activities in Morocco، building on an existing footprint while identifying opportunities for growth.

You will join our established Casablanca office and work ly with an experienced and collaborative team

This role offers strong visibility within the organization and the opportunity to take ownership of commercial activities in a key regional market

As the business continues to grow، there is clear potential for this position to evolve into a people management role.

I am looking for someone who understands the Moroccan market well، knows the key customers، and can operate with a high level of autonomy

It is important that you bring a strong commercial mindset and aninternational perspective، enabling you to connect local opportunities with our global trading platform.

Further accountabilities & success measures

Drive trading activities in Morocco، delivering growth in volumes، margins، and P&L performance

Maintain and expand a strong customer portfolio and originate new business opportunities

Own and manage trading P&L with accurate reporting and performance tracking

Provide market intelligence to support pricing decisions and regional strategy

Ensure efficient and compliant execution of contracts end-to-end

Apply pricing and risk management tools (e.g. CBOT، hedging)

Support logistics planning and trade flows in coordination with local and global teams

Operate within company risk and compliance frameworks

Profil recherché

Minimum 5 years of experience in commodity trading، sales، or business development، Candidates with more years of relevant experience are particularly encouraged to apply.

Experience in grains and oilseeds

Strong understanding of the Moroccan market and familiarity with key customers

Ability to operate in a structured but fast-moving trading environment

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of profitability drivers

Fluency in English، Arabic and French is mandatory، Competencies

Ability to work autonomously while aligning with regional strategy

Commercial mindset and results-oriented approach
