- Déclarations CNSS / DAMANCOM
- Déclarations fiscales
- Saisie comptable et suivi administratif
- Classement et suivi des dossiers Profil : Formation en comptabilité/gestion، expérience souhaitée، maîtrise obligatoire de SAGE، CIEL Paie، DAMANCOM et déclarations fiscales. ? Assistante Administrative & Juridique.
- Gestion administrative et classement des dossiers
- Suivi des contrats et dossiers juridiques
- Correspondances et suivi auprès des administrations Profil : Formation en droit/gestion administrative، expérience souhaitée، bonne maîtrise du français et des outils bureautiques. ? Assistante Marketing Digital.
- Gestion des réseaux sociaux
- Création et publication de contenus
- Animation digitale et suivi des performances
- Participation aux campagnes marketing
- Gestion les boutiques digitales (Glovo App- MarjanMall) Profil : Formation en marketing/communication، expérience souhaitée، maîtrise des réseaux sociaux et Canva، Illustrator، créativité et autonomie
- Assistant(e) Commercial(e) Missions
- Gestion de la facturation sur SAGE et CIEL
- Suivi des stocks
- Traitement et suivi des commandes clients
- Assistance à l’équipe commerciale
- Suivi administratif des ventes Profil
- Formation en gestion، commerce ou comptabilité
- Expérience en agroalimentaire obligée
- Maîtrise OBLIGATOIRE de SAGE et CIEL
