Key Responsibilities
- Manager، coacher et développer l’équipe.
- Piloter les objectifs et KPI commerciaux : CA، UPT، panier moyen، services.
- Garantir l’expérience client et la qualité du service.
- Assurer le respect des standards MAC et du merchandising.
- Superviser les stocks، réassorts، inventaires et opérations quotidiennes.
- Analyser les résultats et mettre en place des plans d’action.
- Assurer le reporting et la coordination avec les équipes Retail، Training et Marketing.
- Développer la fidélisation et la clientèle du magasin.
Principales responsabilités
Profil : expérience en retail، idéalement dans la beauté/luxe، leadership، sens commercial، orientation client et capacité à manager une équipe.
