- تعلن شركة Innovate Solutions (إحدى شركات مجموعة Concord) عن رغبتها في تعيين مهندس مكتب فني كهرباء (Electrical Technical Office Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريق العمل والمشاركة في مشروعات الإنشاءات والأعمال الكهروميكانيكية (MEP). – يتطلب الدور العمل في موقع المشروع (Site-Based) بدوام كامل في مدينة القاهرة. – ويشترط وجود خبرة تتراوح بين 4 إلى 6 سنوات في مجال الـ Electrical MEP أو قطاع الإنشاءات. – الشروط: بكالوريوس هندسة – قسم كهرباء . – خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في مشروعات الـ Electrical MEP أو الإنشاءات . – خبرة قوية في أعمال الـ Technical Office. – معرفة جيدة بأنظمة Power و Lighting و Low Current. – إجادة استخدام AutoCAD، ويفضل وجود خبرة في Revit. – مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنسيق وحل المشكلات . – يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في شركات المقاولات والإنشاءات . – المهام: إعداد ومراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية للأعمال الكهربائية، بما يشمل Power و Lighting و Low Current. – إعداد ومراجعة الـ BOQs وحصر الكميات والمستندات الفنية . – إعداد الـ Technical Submittals والـ RFIs. – التنسيق مع فرق الموقع والميكانيكا والـ Civil وباقي فرق المشروع . – مراجعة وحل المشكلات الفنية وتقديم الدعم الفني لفرق الموقع . – متابعة اعتماد المواد والتنسيق مع مقاولي الباطن والمستندات الخاصة بالمشروع . – إعداد وتحديث الـ As-Built Drawings عند الحاجة . – المهارات: إجادة استخدام AutoCAD – خبرة في Revit – مهارات التواصل والتنسيق وحل المشكلات
