Résider à Casablanca، de préférence à proximité de Hay Mohammadi
Avoir une formation en Relation Client، Gestion، Commerce ou domaine similaire
Avoir une bonne communication et une bonne aisance relationnelle
Maîtriser les outils informatiques. Être sérieux، motivé et organisé
Avoir une bonne capacité d’apprentissage et d’adaptation
Une première expérience en service client ou traitement des réclamations est un plus
Enregistrer les réclamations sur le système interne
Vérifier les informations relatives aux colis et aux livraisons
Mettre à jour les informations sur le système
Assurer le traitement et le suivi des réclamations
Coordonner avec les équipes concernées afin d’apporter les solutions adaptées.
