Nous recrutons un Responsable Achats dans le secteur immobilier (ou BTP/promotion immobilière) de formation BAC+5 ou diplôme d'ingénieur/master en gestion des achats ou génie civil et ayant 3 à 5 ans minimum dans un poste similaire dans le secteur du BTP ou de la promotion immobilière
Piloter l'ensemble des approvisionnements، des prestations de services et des marchés de travaux nécessaires à la réalisation de projets immobiliers
Définir et appliquer la stratégie d'achat pour les projets de construction et de promotion immobilière
Négocier les prix، les délais et la qualité avec les fournisseurs، sous-traitants et prestataires de matériaux de construction
Assurer le suivi des contrats، la conformité des livraisons et le respect des budgets établis.
