- Assurer le suivi administratif du personnel et la mise à jour des dossiers.
- Suivre les présences، absences et congés.
- Participer à la préparation des éléments variables de paie.
- Contribuer aux recrutements et à l’intégration des nouvelles recrues.
- Préparer les documents RH et tenir à jour les tableaux de suivi. Profil recherché
- Formation Bac+2/3 en ressources humaines ou gestion.
- Première expérience dans une fonction RH similaire.
- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des outils bureautiques.
- Rigueur، confidentialité et bon sens relationnel.
