Senior Restoration Preparation Assistant will support the restoration team in maintaining and refurbishing aircraft interior and exterior finishes
Ensure all surface damage is accurately assessed and restored in accordance with approved procedures and quality standards
In this role you will: Generic Maintain a safe and clean working environment to minimise hazards through proper use of approved paint products and adherence to safety standards
Ensure availability of all required tools and consumables for restoration activities and escalate shortages to the shift manager for timely procurement
Base / Cabin Maintenance Identify cabin areas susceptible to repeated damage، determine potential causes such as design issues or misuse، and recommend corrective measures
Work ly with Cabin Appearance Specialists and cleaning partners to repair damage identified during audits and cleaning processes
Stay updated on industry surface-finishing procedures and recommend value-adding products or improvements to the Line Manager
Execute and guide restoration activities to maintain interior cabin finishes to the highest standards، including removal and installation of trim components not suitable for in-situ painting
Monitor new surface finishes introduced with incoming aircraft and support modification campaigns requiring updated paint solutions or colour changes، reporting any updates to the Line Manager
