• The Code of Conduct requires trustees، officers and employees to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities

• Responsibilities، Tasks & Duties: Project kick-off and presentation/sharing of project

• Prepare and follow up the implementation of the projects plans (Work Plan، Risks Mitigation Plan، Recruitment Plan، Procurement Plan and Financial Plan) Ensure sound management for the project information and data inside NAHR systems (Portal and ERP) Setup and update (daily & weekly basis) project activities، indicators، tasks and documentations in NAHR's systems (Portal and ERP)

• Perform any other related duties as required

• The role of the Project Manager is not limited to the specific duties mentioned above

Job Profile: The project Manager will be responsible for project's overall management، planning and implementation

S/He will be based on Lahj governorate roving between the targeted districts according to work plan and workload with frequent visits to the head office

Work on developing and reviewing the project strategy in partnership with the concerned government authorities، local governorate authorities، directorates and beneficiaries

Ensures the planning، implementation and monitoring/evaluation and sets targets as included in the project description

Guarantee an efficient financial management for the project in compliance with NAHR model and donor regulations

Deliver quality project activities reporting، including the findings in terms of impact/changes at the level of beneficiaries achieved through the project

Ensure that the project is utilizing standard protocols، policies and guidelines as prescribed by MoPHP Oversee the implementation of the Project activities in coordination with other Project staff

Ensure project implementation is according to the required standards/specifications and corresponding timetable of the project

Oversee the development of field staff trainings

Supervise the maintenance and archiving of reports، records، and technical documents Oversee Project Sectors situational analyses، assessments، and studies in the areas targeted by the foundation

Supervise، plan، organize، and monitor all the activities carried out by the field staff

Supervise and submit periodic studies، reports، and evaluation around project

Prepare evidence-based awareness IEC materials and get them approved by relevant authorities

Oversee project monitoring and evaluation، ensuring the achievement of project indicators and results at all stages of implementation Evaluate staff performance and make recommendations

Review and prepare a detailed activities plan Agree and establish clear reporting and communication lines Verification on the targeting of beneficiaries Coordination and Representation: Coordinate and communicate along with the relevant government and local authorities within the project framework، ensuring their meaningful participation to respond to the local community’s needs

Represent NAHR in several meetings and events related to Project sectors such as the respective clusters، prepare and present minutes from these meetings to the line Manager

It is subject to change with the evolution of the conflict and in accordance with NAHR’s vision and mission

As such، the Project Coordinator is required to manage all unforeseen issues and circumstances in relation to NAHR’s integrated project and should remain adaptable to perform

that may not be mentioned above، as and when required. Experiences،

and Abilities: Essential: University degree in Public Health، Medicine، Civil/Environmental Engineering، Business Administration، Development Studies، or a related field

At least Five years’ experience working in emergency projects in humanitarian sector

Proven experience in the project management cycle، budget oversight، team management، and solid knowledge of donor

(e.g.، UN Agencies، YHF، ECHO، BHA، FCDO)

Willingness and ability to reside permanently at the assigned project location

Demonstrated experience coordinating with local authorities، UN bodies، INGOs، and local NGOs

Hands-on experience with computerized systems and tools، preferably Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and online project management platforms

Strong commitment to humanitarian principles، safeguarding، PSEA، and NAHR's core values

Excellent proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)

Ability to work under pressure، adapt to changing field realities، and lead multidisciplinary teams effectively
