Bring warm opportunities into our pipeline and help shape our responses
Serve as the main point of contact on awarded contracts، keeping clients happy and performance strong
Partner with our proposal and recruiting teams to win and staff new work
What you bring
5+ years as a program manager، account manager، contracts manager، or similar client-facing role on federal contracts
Established، good-standing relationships with one or more federal agencies. Tell us which ones.
Experience with 8(a) or small business contracting
Mid-career and ready to build something bigger at a smaller، faster company
Comfortable using AI tools to work efficiently
