- في إطار تعزيز فريقنا، نحن بحاجة إلى موظف مشتريات وإمدادات لضمان إدارة المشتريات ورصد الموردين وتوافر المنتجات والمواد واللوازم الضرورية للتشغيل السلس للمؤسسة.
- إعداد أوامر الشراء ورصدها.
- صيانة وتحديث قاعدة البيانات المتعلقة بالموردين.
جمع وتحليل احتياجات مختلف الوحدات من المشتريات والإمدادات.
البحث عن الموردين المحتملين وتحديدهم وتقييمهم.
طلب وتحليل العروض، والأسعار والشروط التجارية.
التفاوض على الأسعار، والمواعيد النهائية، وشروط السداد وطرائق التسليم.
رصد عمليات التسليم وكفالة التقيد بالمواعيد النهائية المتفق عليها.
التحقق من مطابقة السلع المستلمة للطلبيات.
رصد مستويات المخزونات والتنبؤ بالاحتياجات لتفادي حالات النقص.
إجراء المتابعة الإدارية للمشتريات: أوامر الشراء، الفواتير...
