- استقبال استفسارات العملاء ومتابعة طلبات التأجير من خلال نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM). 2
- تنظيم وإجراء المعاينات العقارية بطريقة احترافية. 4
- متابعة العملاء حتى توقيع العقود وتسليم العقارات. 9
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- Handle and follow up on leasing inquiries and leads through the CRM.
- Contact clients، understand their requirements، and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings professionally.
- Maintain accurate and updated property listings، availability، prices، and photos.
- Coordinate with property owners and obtain approval on rental offers.
- Negotiate rental terms and leasing deals.
- Collect required tenant documents and coordinate contract preparation.
- Follow up with clients until signing and handover.
- Develop relationships with property owners and source new listings.
- Update all calls، viewings، offers، and deal status in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.
- Maintain professional behavior، punctuality، and proper use of company vehicles، mobile phones، and other company assets.
