Requirements & Qualifications
- 2.Skills: Strong knowledge of masonry tools، mixing techniques، leveling instruments، and surface finishing standards.

1.Lay concrete blockwork، bricks، and masonry units according to project plans and specifications.
2.Ensure correct alignment، levelling، and plumb line standards.
3.Prepare mortar mixes and ensure strong structural bonding.
Plaster Masons
1.Prepare wall and ceiling surfaces for plastering (cleaning، hacking، and bonding application).
2.Apply internal and external plastering (cement/sand or gypsum plaster) to a smooth، level finish.
3.Perform corner bead installations، kerb stone/interlock touch-ups، or patch repairs as required.
1.Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in blockwork and plastering on construction sites.
3.Work Ethic: Ability to follow engineering drawings/instructions، maintain safety standards، and deliver high-quality workmanship under deadlines.
4.Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical construction site labor.
Accommodation & Transport: Provided / Allowance as per company policy.
Visa / Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates (or Local Transfer for immediate joiners).
Employment Type: Full-Time.

১. প্রকল্পের নকশা ও নির্দেশিকা অনুযায়ী কংক্রিট ব্লক، ইট এবং অন্যান্য গাঁথুনির উপকরণ স্থাপন করা।
২. সঠিক বিন্যাস (alignment)، সমতলতা (levelling) এবং উল্লম্ব রেখা (plumb line) বজায় রাখা নিশ্চিত করা।
৩. মর্টার মিশ্রণ তৈরি করা এবং কাঠামোগতভাবে মজবুত বন্ধন নিশ্চিত করা।
প্লাস্টার মেসন (Plaster Masons)
১. প্লাস্টার করার জন্য দেয়াল ও ছাদের উপরিভাগ প্রস্তুত করা (পরিষ্কার করা، খোদাই করা বা হ্যাকিং করা এবং বন্ডিং উপাদান প্রয়োগ করা)।
২. দেয়ালের ভেতর ও বাইরে সিমেন্ট-বালু বা জিপসাম প্লাস্টার প্রয়োগ করে মসৃণ ও সমতল ফিনিশিং নিশ্চিত করা।
৩. প্রয়োজনে কর্নার বিড (corner bead) বসানো، কার্ব স্টোন বা ইন্টারলক ব্লকের ফিনিশিং ঠিক করা এবং ছোটখাটো মেরামত (patch repairs) সম্পন্ন করা।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতা ও শর্তাবলি
১. অভিজ্ঞতা: নির্মাণ সাইটে ব্লকওয়ার্ক ও প্লাস্টারিংয়ের কাজে কমপক্ষে ২–৫ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
২. দক্ষতা: গাঁথুনির সরঞ্জাম، মিশ্রণ তৈরির পদ্ধতি، লেভেলিং যন্ত্রপাতির ব্যবহার এবং সারফেস ফিনিশিংয়ের মানদণ্ড সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
৩. কাজের নৈতিকতা: ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ড্রয়িং বা নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করা، নিরাপত্তা বিধি মেনে চলা এবং নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে উচ্চমানের কাজ সম্পন্ন করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
৪. শারীরিক সক্ষমতা: নির্মাণ সাইটে শারীরিক পরিশ্রমসাধ্য কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
